I wanted to suggest to Phil Karn (or whoever might be able to do it) to post somehow for anyone on the Info-Hams list the text of the RMs concerning 220 mhz; however, I have heard that they are NOT SHORT. Providing such a posting service might make a significant dent in the difficulty of making comments on these things. How about (yet another, ugh...) mailing list, say INFO-FCC-NOTICES or some such thing (so that those of us on Info-Hams who don't want all these things (or any of them) don't have their mailboxes flooded) ???
