qst de k9eui hr crrl bulletin nr 28/29 from crrl headquarters london ont september 20, 1984 to all radio amateurs bt doc will hold amateur exams across canada on october 17. the next date for examinations is february 13, 1985. crrl has written to doc, advising of recent u.s. phone band expansion and that there appears to be considerable support among canadian amateurs for some downward epansion of canadian phone bands, particularly on 80 metres. crrl asked doc to issue a gazett notice on the subject, soliciting opinions on the matter. crrl also plans some surveys on the matter. canadas largest amateur radio gathering, the annual radio society of ontario convention will be held in ottawa on october 5 and 6 ar
