I don't understand the "ham vs SWL" at all. I have received SWL cards from as far away as USSR and Czechoslovakia and the SWL cards and quite similar to the QSL cards that all "hams" enjoy receiving. The SWL people in the US should also send SWL cards. Maybe not to US "hams" but at least to "hams" operating outside the US. This "ham vs SWL" is getting to be "snob" oriented. Some comments that I have read, look like they came from EX-11 meter people (CBers). TSK TSK. Roy Walters WA2FVM
