Can someone please tell me if the IC290H multimode has the ability to transmit and tune at the same time .. i.e. can it be used effectively as the uplink for Mode A into the russian satellites? Tnx + 73 Pete ve5bel (Please mail replies to ihnp4!sask!hardie)
