Subject: Lauren's comments on Wayne Green. 100% agreement!!!! If there has ever been a force to destroy ham radio it's good 'ol Wayne Green. All he is interested in is furthering his own interests, which boil down to RTTY, himself and money (but not in that order). The entire 'no-code' effort that he has been pushing was pretty well doomed to failure because it attacked CW and CW operators rather than attempting to boost a vhf-and-above license. If his efforts were directed at showing the value of having a vhf license and then arguing that there was no need for a code test for that license then he would have won. But he has done many amateurs and prospective amateurs a huge disservice.
