qst de k9eui hr arrl bulletin nr 95 from arrl headquarters newington ct october 22 1984 to all radio amateurs bt amateurs may be interested in a slow scan television experiment to be broadcast by radio australia on october 28 at 0210, 0810 and 1210 utc. eight second black and white pictures will be sent. frequencies will be 5995, 6045, 6060, 6080, 9580, 9710, 9770, 11720, 11880, 15160, 15320 and 17795 khz. radio australia would like to receive photographs of the pictures as received. ar
