Has anyone heard of a fix for the TAPR TNC lockup problem whereby the board locks up when used in converse mode? A friend has one and the lockup is occurring more and more frequently to the point that he can rarely transmit any text now. He is using Version 3.0 and his board is SN #286. There was a problem in the earlier versions of TAPR code in which the board would crash whenever it received a frame with an excessive (> 3) number of digipeaters. The latest version of code (I'll have to go check the version number) seems quite robust; I've had it running for many months now with the only crashes due to things like power failures. Phil
