To those who have speculated as to the facts involved and have
reached a "judgement", may I suggest that you read some history
of the 17th century "witch hunts" in Massachusetts, that you read
the Constitution of the United States of America, and that you
study the last 200 years of Supreme Court precedents.
Further, you might study the dictionary to learn the difference
between allegation and conviction. The "rush to judgement" mentality
has caused much misery and great human rights transgressions not only
in past centuries, but also in this century as well. If you are not
willing to afford another the rights of due process, including the
presumption of innocence, perhaps, one day, someone will deny those
rights to you.
