The feds claimed that PHRACK wasnt protected by the 1st amendment? 
While I agree with the obvious that it should be, let's not get so 
wrapped up in our techie toys that we overlook the obvious --
 
Simply publish a PRINT publication, which happens to have electronic 
copies too. Just to demonstrate, the next FidoNews (which Iv'e just 
re-taken over editorship) will be offered on paper for $5.00 each, with 
electronic copies, free. I really will print 'em too ...
 
Voila! Protected! (A short-term solution.)
