[alt.graphics] Info about QuickDraw BitMap record structure

I had scanned an image and stored it in Bitmap format. The scanner 
manual 
says that doing this results in a file which consists of QuickDraw
BitMap record followed by raw data (no more information).

I am interested in the raw data and as such I need to strip the 
initial contents. As such I am interested in the QuickDraw BitMap
record structure.
