[net.ham-radio] Ham software for an IBM PC

Hi, 

I've got a friend who will be getting an IBM PC-AT soon, and he's
interested in getting any software that might be available to
enhance his Ham system.  I can't directly access any ARPA stuff,
but I'd like to hear from anyone that might be able to help us out.
