Does anyone know about or have experience with a PM database manager that isn't too complex (like SQL server)? If so, can you give me a quick rundown please, and I'll summarise to the net. Also, are there any PM stats programs with graphical analysis that also isn't too complicated, i.e. not like SPSS or SAS? Believe it or not, I have an OS/2 user who isn't a "power user", in other words, is just using OS/2 as a normal machine. Yes, isn't it wonderful there are people that! Mark, Do you need a *Relational* database or not? Do you need a distributed database or not? Regarding stats packages for OS/2, I think SAS looks pretty good (See the writeup in the IBM Personal Systems Developer Spring 91 Issue). Also, IBM sells Personal AS which is now a PM app. It has an interesting filesystem as well as hooks into IBM's DBM. Oracle's DBM has a great set of development tools as well as being fully distributed... mike Michael R.
