Netlanders,
I am going to upgrade my Aerco board from .5M to 2M. All I need is
the 1Mbx1 DRAM chips. My question is: Do I need to get relatively fast
chips or is it not going to make any difference for a 68000 system? If
anyone has any experience in this area, I would appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Ric
P.S. I'm looking to get 120ns Intel DRAMS @ $6 if they don't need to be
any faster.

In general, anything 150ns or faster is OK for memory expansion in an ST. The Intel 120ns DRAMS you're getting should work fine. Max J.
