I am writing my own shell program in Sozobon C. (I want it to be less than 20 K on my 1040Ste Ram Disk and have the features I want.) I can execute another ttp or tos file from this shell using the Pexec command; however if that ttp program crashes it also crashes my shell program returning the system back to GEM. If I run the same ttp program program on another shell (eg Gulam) it still crashes but it returns back to Gulam so I can see any of my printouts. Can anybody tell me what other setup I must do so that I still return to my shell program in event of a fundamental error in my new program. Sample C code or the source code of a public domain shell program would be helpful.
