[comp.sys.atari.st.tech] Hard Disk Formatting Software and Info

Can anyone tell me where I can get some hard disk formatting
utilities?  (I have no anonymous FTP access to the NET.)

I plan to replace the 20 meg drive in my Atari hard disk with
an 80 meg drive.  I will need different formatting software
to format and segment it properly.

Can anyone give me some references to books or magazines
that describe how the hard disk is formatted and segmented for
the Atari ST?  It would be even better if you could send me
some of this information directly.  (I seem to vaguely recall
that David Small had an article on the way the ST formats hard
disks in one of the ST magazines--can you tell me which it is?)
