It can be traced (imho) to the same problem that a few machines have had with the Sprctre-GCR. ****** IMPORTANT ****** The two LS-373 chips on the motherboard CANT HANDLE THE EXTRA LOAD OF CURRENT NEEDED and thus screw everything else on the power bus up. Once these chips were (cheaply...$10/pair) replaced, the problem went away and the machine survived a 48-hour "burn-in" with NO ERRORS.
