Any opinions on the Atari megafile 44? or should I go with something else? Is there any real advantage in using one (maybe as a second drive for backup?) I'm curious to know if you can backup your M44 by copying one "cartridge" to another... Joe -=-

My impression: reliable, fast (28ms), flexible. I have one drive at work and one at home and a single cartridge I carry with me. So erery change I make at work I have immediately available at home and vice versa. Backing up a whole partition from one drive to another is fast and easy. I simply did it with the normal desktop copy. This has the additional advantage of defractioning the destination disk. -- Dipl.-Inform. Rainer Klute klute@irb.informatik.uni-dortmund.de Univ.
