qst de k9eui hr arrl bulletin nr 3 from arrl headquarters newington ct january 16, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt some volunteer examiner teams working with the arrl vec are now accepting walkins. if you know of a test session and did not submit your form 610 before the 30 day preregistration deadline, check with the ve team anyway to see if they will accept walkins. the ve team has the right to limit the number of candidates because of the number of available ves or the size of their facilities. the arrl/vec maintains a computerized list of all test sessions known to us, updated weekly. send a business size s.a.s.e. to the arrl vec office, 225 main street, newington, ct 06111 and ask for a printout of test sessions in your state. persons living near a state line may ask for the adjacent state as well ar
