[comp.sys.atari.st.tech] SCSI Tape Questions

bpohl@mozart.amd.com (Bion Pohl) (12/21/90)

I just built an 80MB hard drive for my 1040ST using an ICD Host Adaptor.
Now I am interested in adding a tape drive to it for back-ups. If I were to
get a used SCSI tape drive I should be able to plug it in to the ICD card as
another device, right? Is there software somewhere that would run it?

ICD does have a Tape backup device, and that comes with software, I
don't think that ICD will just sell you there software, they will want
to sell you the drive as well, I have never heard of any one else doing
one..
