[] I noticed Radio Nicaragua was getting level 2 jamming. 6.0150 0450Z Carrier Jamming commenced when news of U.S. exercise was beginning. It's nice to have a war in your own back yard.

I heard R. Nicaragua on 6.015 at around 0430Z back in November, up until they were to start their newscast, at which time an unmodulated carrier arrived on the same frequency, completely obliterating the signal here. At 0500Z Voice of America signed on in Spanish... --------
