Why does the VOA transmit on frequencies in the 40 Meter ham band? Does anybody know if this constitutes a violation of WARC treaty or something? I expect this sort of thing from the Russkies, but can't our own side honor international agreements? -de W3IKG John Sangster jhs at mitre-bedford.arpa
