[comp.sys.atari.st.tech] Supramodem2400 & Binkley

I am attempting to run BinkleyTerm on a Supramodem 2400.
For the modem init: field, I am using AT &D3 &S0=0|
However, the modem refuses to dial out with this code.
Any ideas/help appreciated.
