Help! I am looking for a method of putting 2 processes in touch with each
other. More specifically, I want to be able to find out an unrelated
processes process number.
I am working along the following lines:
I want to install (or not as I wish) a number of DA's which can then
communicate with each other and the main program running at the time
via GEM's message passing system.
I can get the message passing bit going fine, but getting the process ID
of another process is different...
Please reply via email to either of the addresses below as I'm in my
exams just now so I'll miss any posted replies.
PS: It must work by using documented methods available on ALL versions of TOS.
