I asked this same question several months back ( before c.l.i-p
formed).  Several people said they were interested, but nobody had
tackled it at that time. As a result I've started work on one myself,
but have had little time to work on it. In fact, I still haven't
gotten an elisp manual (though I now know where to get it...  thanks,
everyone who wrote and told me). So, I'd still be interested if anyone
else has done it, and don't hold your breath for mine, but I'll
certainly post it here if and when I finish it.
