Does anyone out there have a lot of experience servicing the Tempo S1 2m HT? I'm having problems with mine and, of course, the schematic in Tempo's tech manual does not give all the voltages. The symptom is that I am getting almost no audio level (intermittently it will come on). Also, is there any mod I can make to keep the CD4059ae CMOS synthesizer chip from being blasted by static (besides being EXTRA careful? If you can help, please e-mail to me.
