Folks, The latest NTP Version 3 spec is now on louie.udel.edu in the PostScript file pub/ntp/ntpv3.ps. An appropriately offensive ASCIIfication is in ntpv3.txt, should you care to sear eyeball with it. This version is being forwarded to IESG for bless or curse, as appropriate. The *.ps file was produced from Ventura Publisher Windows Edition with Windows 3.0 on a COMPAQ 386 with 8 MB of memory. Sic transit silicon. The good news is that it might print with less grief than the GEM products previous. The bad news is that the PostScript files are twice as large. Sic transit megabyte. Dave
