[comp.protocols.time.ntp] NTP v.3 version of "ntpd"?

Is there an NTP version 3 "ntpd" available? Thank you!

Paul,

The only version-3 chimers are the fuzzballs right now. It seems
that two people are working on it, but I have no reports of 
progress.
