qst de k9eui hr crrl bulletin nr 7/6 from crrl headquarters london ont march 4, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt the (garble) word on the special prefix for the ontario winter games is that amateurs in ontario may use the prefix cz3 from march 1 through 17. the 1985 canadian repeater directory is now being prepared. please send repeater updates and corrections to bill bowman, ve4afo, 744 christie avenue, selkirk, manitoba r0a 2h9, or call 204 482 3402. docs latest regulatory agenda includes plans to permit repeaters in the 29 to 29.7 mhz band, sstv in the hf bands, up to 6 mhz bandwidth for fast scan tv in the uhf and microwave bands, and foreign amateurs operating under a reciprocal agreement access to the top 2 khz of the 144 to 148 mhz band. other proposed changes would remove all power restrictions in the 1.8 to 2 mhz band, remove the oral examination requirement for the amateur certificate, provide for figures, punctuation marks and q sinals in the advanced amateur code test, and relax licensing requirements for the handicapped. a study is being conducted on the possible restructuring of the amateur service in canada ar
