The few FM intercoms I ran across operated near the 160-9190 kHz range.

Sounds like the problem could be harmonics of the TV's sweep circuits.

I would suggest a brute-force line filter on the TV set's power line.
I don't know if wrapping the TV power cord around a ferrite rod would
help or not. My RCA XL-100 has a transformer-type power supply but the
chassis is connected to one side of the line cord since the transformer
is also used as an autotransformer. I measured the horizontal sweep
signal being fed back into the power line with a Stoddard VLF rcvr
and it was quite high....
