qst be k9eui hr arrl bulletin nr 25 from arrl headquarters newington ct march 29, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt arrl observers at an fcc open meeting on march 28 report that the commission has adopted a notice of proposed rulemaking concerning federal preemption of satellite dish antennas. details will be made available when the nprm is released. it is believed that this action by the fcc is a good omen for favorable action on the arrl request for federal preemption of amateur antennas, prb 1, later this spring ar
