[comp.os.os2.misc] SCSI controllers for OS/2, which to choose?

nicolai@lysator.liu.se (Nicolai Wadstr|m) (09/19/90)

I'am having problems booting up IBM OS/2 1.20 EE Install disk om my
20/25 Mhz 80386 Computer (Carrado) with AMI bios and C&T chipset,
and a Data Technolgy SCSI Host Adapter with an 185 MB SCSI drive,
I have the 1.44 MB as drive a: installed correctly, but OS/2 won't
boot I've coem to the conclusion that is must be the SCSI host adapter
(because when I disable's the SCSI adpater, OS/2 boots and I get's thebig
"big blue IBM sign".. & can Abort Installation to get to the OS/2 prompt)

So, do anyone know if there is any drivers available to this SCSI adapter?
or do I have to buy a knew SCSI adapter? In case which ones to choose?
