News Flash - Tucson, Az.
The Tucson Amateur Packet Radio Corporation (TAPR) announces the
greatest sale in Packet Radio History! The same TAPR TNC kit
that has previously sold for $240.00 is now available in limited
quantities for $160.00 !!
That's right, $160.00.
Now that outside production of the TNC is assured, we can move on
to other things. TAPR is shutting down the production line on
this product, and wants to clear out its parts inventory. Recent
reductions of our costs, volume buying, our success in turning
production over to regular industry, and the desire to clear the
decks makes it possible to offer the same high quality kit at
this rock bottom price. We'd like you to help us get clear of
the manufacturing aspects of this product as soon possible, which

Kantronics is producing a unit running our software, we feel it's
time to move on and push out the edges of technology again.
