I'm having a problem getting printer queues to work in a small lan man network. My configuration is as follows: 2 pcs running os/2 1.3 and Lan Man 2.0. I'm using share level security. I want to share a printer between these two machines, so I go into net admin on the server, define one of the existing printer queues as a shared printer queue, go to the other machine, and do "net use lpt1 \\server\qname". This sets up a queue that's visible on the client machine. There's only one problem: when I print to the queue either by (1) clicking and dragging a file onto the print manager on the client or (2) doing print file.name in a window the job typically gets into the queue, but just STAYS there. It NEVER prints. Sometimes, it's also been killed by the queue manager on the server before printing. Oh, by the way, I'm trying to share a postscript laser printer. Help, anyone?
