Oo! Oo! I can answer that one!
IBM currently has plans to offer NO Standard or Extended Editions of
OS/2 2.0. There will just be an OS/2 2.0. If you want the Extended
Edition extensions, you will be able to purchase them seperately, as
they will be unbundled. (I've heard talk that they will be 16-bit
applications so they will work with OS/2 1.3 SE also!)
Also, as for a "release date" for OS/2 2.0, when IBM has been showing
it recently (the 6.123 beta code from February) it has been mentioned
that that code was ten months away from first production release...
