This inquiry concerns the use of 32MB with OS/2 V1.3 SE. I am looking at ways of using the top 16MB in a 32MB 80486 machine. It seems OS/2 can only directly use 16MB. Is there any way of using the other 16MB as a virtual disk used for swapping? ie. format a 16MB virtual disk and set SWAPPATH to put SWAPPER.DAT there? VDISK has a limit of 4MB/virtual disk, and I doubt it could use memory above 16MB anyway. Does anyone know if such a driver does exist from some vendor? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Kind of reminds one of the 1MB limit in DOS, where VDISK used BIOS hooks to use extended memory. :-) Thanks in advance. -- Brad Cameron uucp: uunet!mitel!cunews!cognos!bradc Cognos Incorporated inet: bradc%cognos.uucp@uunet.uu.net (613) 738-1440 mail: P.O.
