Just announced on an internal IBM conference:
An IBM toll-free line has just been set up to handle OS/2 complaints,
concerns, and of course, ordering, too.
As of May 31st, 1991, dialing 1-800-PS2-2227 will connect you to the
IBM Personal Systems Customer Satisfaction Center.
It's effective in the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic & Southern areas, and other
areas will be rolled out Real Soon Now.
