qst de k9eui hr crrl bulletin nr 16/17 from crrl headquarters london ont may 13, 1985 to all radio amateurs bt doc has informed crrl that an order in council lifting all power restrictions on the canadian 160 metre band has been passed by the privy council and is awaiting the signature of the communications minister. as soon as the opening of the 24 mhz band to u.s. amateurs on june 22 was announced, crrl sent a telegram to the communications minister asking for similar consideration for canadian amateurs. chances of anything happening, however, are slim. in reply to previous requests, crrl has always been told to be patient and wait until 1989 ar
