I had a chance to play with OS/2 2.0 the other day and could, via the preferences box, adjust the selected memory (extended, expanded, vcpi, dpmi, etc) amount via a slider bar (neat idea!) from 0 to 48 MB. I am sure this could be done app by app, as there is a preferences box in just about every window, but I could be wrong. I liked having four windows up (roughly tiled) running DOS Lotus, DOS Freelance, Windows something and DeScribe for OS/2, and cutting/ pasting between them all. By the way, the Paste item is on all window menus now, but the long-winded method of pasting is the same. I also liked the new interface, but more for the way it operates than the way it looks. I wonder if Apple is going to sue, because there is a wastebasket!
