I appreciate comments I have seen on frequency lists. This is the second time that I have posted the Midwest Aeronautical Beacon list. The last time was at least 2 years ago and there have been some changes. Perhaps pilots have an easier time getting this kind of info than I thought (I know they are on the maps). I remember trying to find a listing of the marine beacons on Lake Michigan for a friend and even stopped in at the Coast Guard station in Ludington, Mi. and they didn't even know what frequency their beacon was on, let alone any others! Some time back, it was proposed that a separate "SWL" newsgroup be started, to keep this group strictly for hams. I think I agree with what the majority said, that there was not all that much traffic here and occasional lists would not clog the system up. Bob K9EUI
