[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] Piggy-back memory chips

ce1zzes@prism.gatech.EDU (Eric Sheppard) (07/17/90)

I don't have my cross-refs handy, they're locked away. True-blue IBM AT,
with four rows of memory sockets. Two rows are filled with ZA1250NL
chips (with a Texas Inst. logo). These chips are stacked two a socket.
Is this necessary? I'm not familiar with the IC number, so what is the
memory size?
