The research project I work on is testing Co/Sessions as a way to provide support for our software to end-users in the field. Most of the end-user participants in our project have IBM-PC clones with monochrome graphics (ie. Hercules) displays. We have tested Co/Sessions 3.1 and the 4.0 upgrade but have been unable to display Hercules graphics on the end-users machine correctly on the remote support machine. The manual for 3.1 by ommission does not support Hercules Graphics. The update document for 4.0 mentions Hercules graphics, but no where in the update document or in the interactive menu for Co/Sessions 4.0 is there a explantion of how to use Hercules graphics or which of the 16 video modes of Co/Sessions is for Hercules graphics. Does Co/Sessions 4.0 support Hercules graphics? If so, how? Or is it necessary to upgrade to 5.0? Does PC/Anywhere or Carbon Copy support Hercules graphics?
