I'm somewhat surprised that no one has used/commented on the Digital Research DOS V5.0 OS for the IBM-PC. The PC-WEEK Windows Special insert had a full-page ad: Introducing DR DOS 5.0: Windows 3.0 compatible and much, much more. Shipping May 1990. Anybody use it? Comments?

Have a look on "COMP.OS.MSDOS.MISC" There have been a number of postings lately regarding DR-DOS, both V3.41 and V5.0 Howie ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Howard Harvey | c = 1802617499785.254116 f/f Aeronautical Research Laboratory | (furlongs/fortnight) Defence Science and Technology Organisation +----------------------------- Salisbury, South Australia | Phone: +61 8 259 6322 | FAX: +61 8 259 5507 Note correct Email address ==> | Email: hjh@aeg.dsto.oz.au ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
