My friend is getting eye strain from the small screen on his old Compaq transportable. Is there any way to hook up a regular (monochrome) monitor to it? (I would just open her up, but he is far away and loathe to do so.) Thanks in advance for any info on this. Email welcome at: yee@ee.ucla.edu

You do not have to open it. Just plug a composite color or a COMPOSITE mono monitor in. -- Kevin Kleinfelter @ Dun and Bradstreet Software, Inc (404) 239-2347 {emory,gatech}!nanovx!msa3b!kevin "Don't hold your finger on the button if the motor ain't goin' roundy-roundy."
