[comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc] Shar/Unshar for MS-DOS

Does anyone out there know an FTP site where I might be able to get
an MS-DOS version of the UNIX utilities Shar and UnShar.  Is such a
thing even available?  Any info appreciated.
