My 5 year old AST ATVantage has lots of apparently bad memory chips, in different locations, according to my memory diagnostic program. A friend suggests that it's not the RAM that's going south, but the RAM select logic. Assuming the latter, can anyone offer suggestions, either for low cost repair, or a good low-cost unpopulated RAM card. I can do without the serial and parallel ports, but I need the RAM to run Windows 3.0. My system is an IBM PC AT (real, gen-u-wine IBM, no flames please), and I gotta keep it running for a bit longer. Thanks in advance Phil Burton
