We have several PCs that we are going to be shipping around the country from one trade show to another. I am looking for some type of reusable shipping containers that I can use to protect the hardware we will be shipping. I know that something along the lines of what I am looking for exists because they had some type of padded cases at my last job that they used for shipping PCs to shows. I need to be able to package and ship a tower style PC, keyboard, mouse, and either a 14" NEC 3D or a 16" NEC 4D monitor. I would appreciate any information about where I might purchase these types of shipping containers or any ideas as to how I might go about making "homemade" versions. Thanks, Marc ---- Two of the worst things we teach our children are that a knowledge of science is nice but not necessary, and a knowledge of sex is necessary but not nice. What you need is cases made by Anvil. These are sometimes called "rock-n-roll" cases. They are used (with different internal packaging) by Rock bands to protect equipment and instruments during travel. Anvil make a whole line for PCs. The boxes are VERY rugged, and are available with casters (recommended). I don't have their address, but you may be able to get it from a local music store. -- Daniel Senie UUCP: uunet!lectroid!dts Stratus Computer, Inc.
