Dear Netters, I am looking for a 386-25 computer and I have narrowed down my targets to EPS Technologies' EPS 386-25 and Gateway's 386-25. So far I have heard a lot of good about of Gateway's (also some bad thinks like cutting down 24-hour technical support, rising upgrading price for NEC monitor, etc.). And I also found out that Gateway's reducing $100 from its 386-25 system while changing the standard configuration. Another place I am looking at is EPS at South Dokoda, very close to Gateway. Its 386-25's price is the same as that for Gateway's 386-25, $2695.00, and its configuration is almost the same as Gateway's. The major difference attract me is that EPS uses SONY 1304 monitor while Gateway uses Tutong. Meanwhile, EPS gives no window and mouse. EPS provides 60 days money back gurantee and one year one-site service, according to its ad. Now, I would like to find out the feedback of some one there who has experience dealing with EPS, especially how good about EPS's machine as well as their services. Thank you in advance.
