According to PC Week, 8/20/90, Q-Pro Ver. 2.0 is due in 4th quarter 1990, Price
is $495, Upgrade from 1.0 $79.95... BUT they also say Borland will continue its
upgrade policy for users of "other high-end spreadsheets" of $99.95... So
maybe you should wait to go for the cheap upgrade offer till 2.0 comes out...
I know I'd be peeved if I was forced to pay $99.95+79.95 for Q-Pro 2.0 when
others got it for $99.95... By the way, does anybody really pay $500 for this
software???

The upgrade I was talking about above was the one that Borland sent out to
all registered customers offering QPro for $99.95, and which expires on
Sept. 30. You did not need to have another high-end spreadsheet to qualify.
So, yes, for this offer, you will have to pay $99.95+$79.95 to get to
QPro 2.0.
