Greetings all!! I know this has come up before, but there is a little twist involved. What I'm looking for is: VGA 13"-19" color monitor, that can handle the 800x600 modes (19" should take the 1024x7?? mode too). Problem is, it HAS to have the 120/220 selectable power supply. I've got a 13" "IMTEX" monitor now. I opened it up to check on the PS, but, alas, can't switch it to 220. (besides, it can't handle the 800x600 mode worth sh*t, looks like watching an old b/w silent picture) BTW, it has Samsung guts and tube!! So, If anybody HAS (as in, owns one or works on one) a VGA 13" or bigger monitor that can handle 800x600 mode, AND is 120/220 selectable, please E-MAIL me your experiences. I need to know: + does it hold still in high modes? i.e., no wavering + have you tried plugging it in to a 220 (european) socket? + What connectors does it have? analog/digital/both? + Does it change alignment evrytime you change modes? + Who's tube and guts does it have? IOW, mines a piece of crap, and I can't take it with me to Switzerland. I want to buy a cheap mail-order type VGA but don't want to get screwed again. I can't afford something like the NEC 4D (or is it 3? the big one i mean), but HAVE to have one before December. I'll surmise (sp intentional) to the net if anyone else gives a RS.
