Below are the salient responses I received. It was thought that SVGA
is not standard and the second response confirms that hypothesis. Thanks
to all that responded.

CGA 320x200 and 640x200 15.75 kHz 60 Hz
EGA 640x350 21.85 kHz 60 Hz
VGA 640x480 31.48 kHz 60 Hz
Those are standard frequencies used.
SVGA frequencies are not standard. They depend on the card manufacturer and
the monitor settings.
